Standard, Formatting, Drawing, Web, Clipboard, Frames.
These are all toolbars which can be displayed on your Offices Applications.
Each toolbar has one or more icons which handle items relating to the name of
the toolbar. Across the top of your window select 'View'.
'Toolbar' on the drop down menu has a little arrow on the left. This indicates
additional selections. If you move the mouse over 'Toolbar', the entire list
of available toolbars will be exposed. Some will have checkmarks next to them.
These toolbars are currently displayed.
This can also be done with keystrokes, Alt, 'V', 'T' and use the arrows to
move up and down the list. Enter will check or uncheck the selected toolbar.
As you move a mouse over an icon there should be a little hint as to what
it does.
If you do no see a tip, go to Tools,--> Customize --> Options . and check
the
'Show screen tips on Toolbar' box.
The toolbars may appear 'Floating' within the window. You can move them by
moving the mouse into the title bar along the top of the toolbar. Holding down
the left mouse button and dragging the toolbar wherever you want. If it gets
close to the top it may become 'Anchored' along the top of your window. The
title bar will disappear and it will lock into place. You can release it from
the by moving the mouse to the left hand side of the toolbar until it turns
into a crossed arrows. At this point you can hold down the left mouse and move
the toolbar.
Now it is time for you to check and uncheck toolbars. See where the go, See
